Women’s Ministry-Spain
Do you enjoy discipling women? Your gifts in teaching, discipleship, organization, counseling and mentoring can bless women who are hungry for spiritual encouragement.
We need flexible, relational and team-oriented women to develop and model a discipleship ministry that can be multiplied. Madrid, Béjar, Badajoz or Cáceres.
MK School Teacher / Administrator-Spain
Support Church planting by providing quality education to missionary kids, enabling families to stay on the field longer. Teachers and administrators are needed at a fully accredited international Christian school in Madrid.

Counselor-Spain
Experienced counselors play an important support role to missionaries facing many unique challenges associated with cross-cultural life and ministry.
Be part of a team that trains and shepherds missionaries and national leaders, helping them avoid burnout and cope with everyday or acute family and ministry issues. Your goal will be to help people navigate the challenges of life and ministry so that they remain healthy and engaged in ministry.
Evangelism and Discipleship-Spain
Be part of a church planting team that enjoys sharing their faith and testifying of God’s goodness in their everyday lives. Help others grow through one-on-one interactions or in small group settings.
Learning the language and culture is a vital part of this ministry. We are looking for mature Christians with strong interpersonal skills. A desire to share Christ with others and engage in discipleship ministries is of prime importance.
Business as Mission-Spain
Are you business-minded? Use your professional skills and experience in a business context cross-culturally.
Currently, we have a need for a professional who could take a growing English Academy to the next level, possibly franchising the business. There also exists the possibility of exploring other BAM projects to serve as part of church-planting teams in Madrid, Badajoz and Cáceres.
Technology-Spain
Do you love keeping up with new technology? Can you be creative and resourceful under less-than-ideal circumstances? Use your technical talents and problem-solving skills in support of church-planting teams in Madrid or Badajoz.
Come alongside nationals and train them in technology as you go. Tasks could include creating and maintaining web sites, using mobile phones and radio for evangelism and training, and providing computer training and support to missionaries.
Church Planter-Spain
Share your love for Jesus and your spiritual gifts as part of a church planting team among unreached people groups with little or no knowledge of the gospel.
Cultivate your passion for making disciples and bringing them into community so that they can, in turn, reach out to others. Find your place on a team in Madrid, Béjar, Badajoz or Cáceres
Mobilization-Spain
Are you a people-person who would enjoy encouraging and mentoring your fellow missionaries? Use your communication and organizational skills to help mobilize new workers for cross-cultural ministry. You will be a liaison between field teams and World Team Sending Centers.
Sports Ministry-Spain

It speaks to young people in a language they understand. Sport can create hope where once there was only despair. It is more powerful than government in breaking down racial barriers.”
Become a missionary and use your athletic gifting and love for sports as a way to build relationships and share God’s love. You will have the opportunity to join a local sports team to build community and be a light. There may be opportunity to teach fitness classes to people in the community or coach a local team. All the work is with the desire to see people come to know Christ and form a community of people who love Jesus and love sport.
