RACE (Reciprocal Assessment and Candidate Evaluation) is World Team’s week-long process for assessing, evaluating, and selecting people for cross-cultural ministry, including thoroughly assessing each candidate’s teamwork abilities and potential church planting skills.

Zoom Gatherings with Missionaries
World Team is excited to host Zoom Gatherings with Missionaries several times each year to share powerful stories of God at work among the nations, to highlight opportunities to get involved, and to encourage partnership in prayer with our cross-cultural workers serving on teams among the unreached.
Mission Leaders Luncheons
Mission Leaders Luncheons are a platform where church leaders interested in global missions can gather, share ideas, and encourage one another toward making disciples of all nations. World Team currently hosts these Mission Leaders Luncheons in Columbia SC, Milwaukee WI, and Warrington PA.
Sending Church Zoom Gatherings
These Zoom gatherings are held twice a year in the spring and fall and are designed to connect with sending and supporting churches to highlight priority opportunities with World Team and provide training and resources to help churches continue to grow in caring for their sent missionaries.
