We need good people with gifts in administration and organization! Serve missionaries by managing administrative and logistical details for a team or region.
You should be able to multi-task and manage time well. This vital support role allows other team members to focus on their areas of gifting and calling.
Mobilization Specialist-Indonesia
Are you a people-person who would enjoy encouraging and mentoring your fellow missionaries? Use your communication and organizational skills to help mobilize new workers for cross-cultural ministry. You will be a liaison between field teams and World Team Sending Centers.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating opportunities for short and mid-term workers. You will serve from Indonesia so that you can welcome new workers to the field and be an active part of a local church-planting team.
Technology Specialist-Indonesia
Do you love keeping up with new technology? Can you be creative and resourceful under less-than-ideal circumstances? Use your technical talents and problem-solving skills in support of church-planting teams.
Come alongside nationals and train them as you go. Tasks could include creating and maintaining web sites, using mobile phones and radio for evangelism and teaching, and providing computer training and support to missionaries. There may also be opportunities to use Computer Classes as Community Outreach.
Agriculturalist-Indonesia
Use your experience and training in agriculture as part of a holistic church-planting team in Indonesia.
Develop and teach agricultural practices to help people provide a healthy diet and economic benefit for themselves and their community.
Communications Specialist-Indonesia
Use your training and experience in video, photography, writing, and social media to creatively tell stories of God’s work among the unreached people groups of Indonesia. Develop communication tools to help mobilize new workers, raise funds and prayer support for ministries in these nations.
Finance Manager-Indonesia
Do you enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets? Use your business and accounting skills in support of a cross-cultural church planting team.
You will be responsible for finance tasks, processing residency visas, and providing organizational support to the team in Indonesia. This position allows participation in other ministry areas of interest to you on a church planting team.
Inner City Young Adult Ministry-Italy

Leadership Development-France
Equipping and empowering national leaders is an essential part of planting churches that will grow and multiply. Ideal candidates will be authentic and humble servant-leaders who are able to share personal successes as well as failures.
This role requires a rapid adopter of new ideas with a missionary mindset who can take risks and use their critical thinking skills to evaluate missiological and innovative strategies.
The Leadership Developer is an experienced, authentic, and humble servant-leader who will work behind the scenes to train, equip, and empower discipled national leaders and church workers to establish and lead healthy, self-sustaining, and multiplying churches in their communities.
As part of a holistic church planting team, the Leadership Developer will live among and learn the language and culture of an unreached people group in France. They will engage and encourage national leaders, sharing personal successes and failures as they equip them to evangelize and disciple believers and to spread the gospel.
Ideal candidates for this position have a missionary mindset, can adopt new ideas, are willing to take risks, and will use critical thinking skills to evaluate missiological and innovative strategies. They will have:
- A Biblical Studies BA or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of church leadership experience (preferred)
- Experience with church leadership, evangelism, and discipleship
- A solid commitment to the spiritual disciplines (i.e., Bible reading, prayer, etc.)
- Willingness to learn how to speak and communicate fluently in French
The Leadership Development worker will collaborate with a team to provide mutual encouragement and accountability. They will:
- Establish and maintain positive, local relationships
- Share the gospel in French and in culturally contextualized ways
- Make disciples that make disciples
- Assist in the church planting process, training local, believing leadership in reproducible discipleship and evangelism methods
- Network with other ministry leaders while personally investing in and mentoring those who are just starting to exercise leadership
- Perform other field or agency duties as assigned
