The INN: Teaching English
The INN (The International Neighborhood Network) is proud to serve the international community through fun and effective English classes. As we help our friends and neighbors become more proficient in the English language, we are preparing them for U.S. citizenship, employment, and life in the US. We do this in response to God’s great love and sacrifice for us! It is a joy to share our life, time, skills, and love with those around us in practical ways.
Teaching English meets a significant felt need in the communities we serve. ESL classes serve as natural connectors between the team and the diaspora community. From our earliest contact within the community, we identify ourselves as followers of Jesus Christ. This lays a firm foundation and opens the door for ongoing, deeper conversations about the gospel.
Teaching English to non-native speakers of all ages is both challenging and rewarding. English teachers are needed at every INN site.
Join The INN and use your skills, education, and spiritual gifts to serve the nations among us! Formal Bible training and an exposure to missiological principles is helpful, but not required.
