MK Dorm Parents with a heart to minister to teens will serve at Faith Academy in Manila, and will create a safe, loving environment in order to nurture the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social development of the students in their care, enabling families involved in church planting and discipleship ministries among unreached people groups to stay on the field longer.

World Team has a zero-tolerance Child Safety Policy and is a participating member of the Child Safety Protection Network.

Well-suited candidates will be compassionate, firm, and have a heart for discipleship.

Dorm parents supervise students in dormitories and ensure their safety and well-being. They manage daily routines, provide emotional support, handle emergencies, and foster a nurturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing meals, cleanliness, and organizing activities to promote socialization and a positive communal living experience.
