Work continues on promoting literacy among the Esimbi people in Cameroon. Pray for more literacy classes to spring up and that more people will be equipped to read their Esimbi New Testament.

Children's meetings in Spain

Our team in Spain will be hosting their annual Children's Meetings in the park July 14-18. Pray for them as they seek to meet the needs of the people that attend. Pray that the Lord will show the team how to present the gospel in a relevant way.

Evangelism and discipleship in Spain

Pray for the evangelization and discipleship of new church attendees in Spain. Pray for local believers to rise up to share the gospel with the smaller villages nearby that are currently without testimony.

Summer camps in Central Asia

Pray for discernment for workers as they lead camps and other activities in Central Asia this summer. Ask God to grant them wisdom and boldness as they share the gospel with camp attendees.

Baptisms in Cambodia

Praise God for the recent baptism of 13 followers of Christ in Cambodia. Pray for each of them as they move ahead in their walk with God. Pray for encouragement and perseverance for them as they live out the gospel in their daily lives.

Baka translation team in Cameroon

Lift up the team working together to translate scripture into the Baka language in Cameroon. They have learned principles of translation and are starting on the book of Mark. Pray that they will become an effective translation team.

Hope for the Baka people

Pray for Baka believers to be beacons of hope among their communities, in contrast with the lack of hope that many Baka face. Pray also for the stronghold of addictions to be broken among potential Baka church leaders.

Search for new facilities in France

Pray for multiple World Team-connected churches in France that are in the process of purchasing facilities for outreach and gatherings. Ask God to open doors that make these purchases possible.

Storytelling training

Pray for a worker in the United States as she trains people to do Biblical storytelling so that they may more effectively reach immigrants with the gospel.

Interns in Brazil

Pray for two interns who are working with the team in Brazil this summer. Pray for them as they experience cross-cultural ministry firsthand and discern whether God's plan for them is in career missions.
